how to use them
Peel the backing back slowly and apply it at a 45 degree angle toward your navel pressing firmly down after to ensure it is securely attached.
NipStyx has been successfully tested in rain, with heavy sweat and over long distances. It may lift to allow excess sweat out faster, this is normal, so press it back down after a few minutes.
Step 1: apply
Starting at the top edge, gently fold it down over the top of itself to remove. Although it may tug hair, it won’t pull it out and will not damage your skin.
Step 2: remove
Lightly rinse it in warm water, do not use soap, and let it air dry sticky side up. When dry put it back onto its backing to be ready for your next run.

Do i need to shave or wax before using NipStyx?

No you do not need to shave or wax to use NipStyx. NipStyx is designed to grip skin and hair but not pull the hair out. It goes on over hair and peels away cleanly without removing hair so there's no shaving, waxing required.
will they stay on through a full marathon?

Yes. NipStyx is built for sweat and distance.
Testers have worn them through 42.195km marathons in heat and rain with no chafing and no mid-run re-applications.
NipStyx uses a skin-safe silicone and a gentle adhesive formula which forms a protective layer between your skin and your shirt. It’s been described as soothing and comfortable where our testers have forgotten they were wearing them for hours after their run.

is the adhesive skin-safe?

No. NipStyx is thin and low-profile, sitting invisible under clothing so you can run in white, black or any colour without the shame of bleed-through.
Holding the top edge, gently fold it back down over itself. It will tug at your chest hair but by following these steps, hair will not be ripped out.

Use warm water, no soap, and gently rinse them. Place them sticky side up on a clean surface to air dry. Once dry, place them back onto their backing or onto glass or a clean ceramic surface.
how many times can i reuse them?

We have reliably tested 3 wears out of each pair of NipStyx.
Some users have had far in excess of this number but it depends upon cleaning, care, your own personal body oils and sweat levels.
